Loyalty stamp cards are the simplest way to get repeat visits. Here is how to set one up in Tob Directory.
1. Create a card
In the vendor app or portal, go to Stamp Cards → New card. Set how many stamps earn a reward (8–10 works well for coffee).
2. Make the reward worth it
A free item beats a small discount — it feels bigger and costs you less than you think.
3. Tell every customer
Ask staff to mention it at checkout and scan the customer QR to add a stamp.
