Terms of Service

Welcome to Tob Directory. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tob Directory mobile apps and website (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What Tob Directory is

Tob Directory is a platform that helps customers discover vendors and collect digital loyalty stamps, rewards, deals, coupons, and bundles, place pickup orders, and lets vendors order wholesale supplies through Tob Supply. The stamps, rewards, deals, coupons, bundles, pickup orders, and supply listings are offered by the individual vendors, not by Tob Directory. We provide the technology; the vendor is responsible for honoring what they offer and preparing any order. Any purchase, payment, discount, or free item happens directly between you and the vendor, in person or at pickup. Tob Directory does not process payments and is not a party to those transactions.

2. Eligibility and your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping access to your phone, email, or Telegram secure.
• Please provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Using the Service

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
• Attempt to earn stamps, rewards, or deals dishonestly, or to interfere with a vendor's programs.
• Copy, scrape, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or others' accounts.
• Upload content that is illegal, misleading, offensive, or that you do not have the right to share.

4. If you are a vendor

If you use Tob Directory as a vendor, you additionally agree to:

• Provide accurate business information and honor the stamp rewards and deals you publish.
• Only issue stamps and redeem rewards for genuine customer transactions.
• Handle customer information you see through the Service (such as a customer's name and loyalty activity at your store) responsibly and only to serve that customer.
• Comply with all laws and taxes that apply to your business and promotions.

Plan limits (such as the number of locations, stamp cards, or monthly stamps) may apply depending on your plan and may change over time.

5. Content and ownership

You keep ownership of the content you upload (such as photos and business details). By uploading it, you grant Tob Directory a license to host and display that content within the Service so we can operate it for you. The Tob Directory name, apps, and design remain our property.

6. Service availability

We work to keep the Service running reliably, but we provide it "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or that stamps and rewards will always sync instantly. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tob Directory is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for disputes between customers and vendors — including a vendor failing to honor a stamp reward or deal. Rewards and deals have no cash value and are subject to each vendor's own terms and availability.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts of Cambodia.
