Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Tob Directory account and personal data at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Option 1 — In the app (fastest)

1. Open the Tob Directory app (or Tob Vendor if you're a merchant).
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

Option 2 — By email

If you can't access the app, email us from the phone number or address on your account and we'll delete it within 30 days:

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your name, phone number, email, profile photo and any linked Telegram.
• Your loyalty cards and stamp progress, claimed deals, coupons and prepaid bundles.
• Your favourites, reviews and referrals.

If you own a business on Tob Directory, your personal account is deleted and the business listing is detached from you (so your staff and customers' loyalty cards are not destroyed). To also remove the business, mention that in your email.
